If you are renewing your contract with OpenClassrooms, you do not need to resubmit your CV, criminal record or credentials.

Your email address on the OpenClassrooms platform

Your company registration certificate or formal document with the unique registration number of the legal / taxation structure used to run your services and to invoice OpenClassrooms

E.g. USA: Articles of Incorporation / Taxpayer Identification Number (Employer Identification Number / EIN / Social Security Number); UK: Certification of incorporation / UTR; India: Certificate of incorporation / Permanent Account Number (PAN)

A certificate or formal document which confirms the income or company revenue from your mentorship/coaching activity is declared and any applicable taxes are paid in your country of residence

E.g. USA: Form W-9; UK: Certificate of registration for VAT / Corporate tax registration; India: Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) etc

Any other document which helps to further demonstrate your compliance with local regulations e.g. an affidavit
